This change updates all license references in this repository to
EPLv2.0. In more details, the following changes are executed:

 * Repository-level descriptor files were updated to refer to EPLv2.0
 * Existing about.html files were updated to refer to EPLv2.0 and
updated the notice date to March 18, 2019
 * about.html files were added to test projects as well
 * License information was removed from feature.xml copyright tags.
 * EPL license feature version requirement was fixed to 2.0.1.
 * License text updated in feature projects
 * Updated copyright headers to be in sync with the recommendations from
https://www.eclipse.org/projects/tools/documentation.php?id=modeling.viatra


   * Removed contributors section; all contributors from there are
mentioned as copyright owners
   * Updated license text to refer to EPL-v2.0
