Oldenburg release

Merge of all the little modifications that were outlined during the mission to Mainz, so we can share the code with the Oldenburg's team.

• Bump Unity version to 2021.3.14f1;
• Demo configuration with DAFF files in the git repository thanks to LFS;
• Add the demo configuration in the default version of the settings file;
• Better lighting when no lightbulb model is displayed;
• Remove occurences of floor shape/ceiling type (we gave up on that);
• Better error management for missing DAFF/audio files;
• VACore.ini in the Audio samples for easy VA configuration;
• Fix UI bugs upon first initialization;
• Fix missing library upon project installation.
