resolve "Add duration" needs a better handling

The quickest fix which resolves the bug related to the hover would be setting the + add duration chip to the last position. As we are maybe getting more chips/tags, it potentially makes sense to do a little redesign here (the cutoff is not exactly great), but this version should feel a little easier to use for now, what do you think?
