Resolve "cotanz studio - create screen: sketch annotations"

Contains code duplication from AnnotationInput.vue… It might be useful in the future to abstract the blob upload & authentication into its own function, but that's probably out of the scope of the current goal

Also: There are (visual) bugs in the SketchInput.vue component
