Resolve "uns store in post-annotator"

I tried to move the things, necessary to the vuex store. There is now a dedicated PostAnnotatorInput and I renamed MbVideo to PostAnnotatorVideo, as it wasn't a general component and only used in PostAnnotator.

There is also still a AnnotationInputWIP folder which contains the files where I tried to make a AnnotationInput skeleton which can then be extended to the needs where it is implemented.

@anton.koch we can also have a zoom about it!
