Is there a milestone-feature-post-annotator branch?

In this branch I adjusted the Post-Annotator Mobile Layout and simplified the code of the post-annotator. @david.rittershaus and @isabela.dimarco can you please check the post-annotator thoroughly and check if everything is still working as expected?
