Resolve "Add Meta-Tags to the system (Favicon / Sharing Image)"

Add a favicon and page titles for each page. Should be visible:

The sharing image needs to be tested as soon as it is deployed. Also some meta tag informations are added at index.template.html

@anton.koch I'm not sure if it should be indexed by search engines?
