Resolve "AnnotationItem: remove delete and edit"

This request makes changes in various places. Please check also the more options at groups & projects. Timelines should now have different options depending on the access rights by the group.

Previously shared timelines may not work correctly as there was a bug with the access rights before. Please readd or add new timelines to a group to check. (within this branch)

The access to the timelines in general needs to be checked. In view, contribute and full-access mode.

This fixes #1294 (closed) as well
