Removed updating the time of annotateInput with mbVideo

@anton.koch the problem was in the onTimeupdate function in post-annotate.vue line 266. I removed the lines which cause the problem. I couldn't find any bad side effects. I'm not sure why the annotation time was updating if the video time changed, can you take a look at it and check if it was intentional?

Also this merge request is for the hfmdbk milestone. But as it is merged with the master this issue should be merged with the master correct? :) I'm just double checking!
