quasar update breaks videoplayer (!?)

the combination of vue-video-player + video.js + several ancient plugins spanning multiple major vjs versions needs to go.

it seems that under some weird constellation of npm installs the player fails and plugins no longer get loaded. this seems to have been triggered (if so, somehow delayed) by an update to quasar cli from 0.17.20 to 0.17.22

reversing the update fixed the problem
