Split Timeline Viewer and AnnotationsStream

Currently the Annotations Stream and the Timeline Viewer are the same component. I would suggest to split those two. In the future the timeline viewer will get more complex and we'll still need a simple annotations-stream for the post annotator and the comments thread.
