Accesibility Improvements for the main menu

Weymeirsch, Jan requested to merge simplify_darkmode into main

The main menu was lacking titles for the two menu icons (language switcher and dark mode toggle) as well as menu texts in the mobile mode.

This MR also introduces a few simplifications for the dark mode.
