Quality of life updates

Ernst, Julian requested to merge ernstj-main-patch-59305 into main
  • Allows to the run the app when multiple simulation runs are stored in the output folder (e.g., base_01001_1_1 and base_01001_1_2). Uses the mean across all runs as default.
  • Plots employment module as percentages rather than absolute numbers
  • Give a shortcut to the working directory when selecting the simulation folder
