Trackhub module bugfixes and change of location of trackhub config file

Small bugfixes to trackhub module to make it work with the new NGSpipe2go module configuration system.

Also, change location of "trackhub.yaml" & "trackhub.done" files from main project directory to tracks subdirectory.
