New features, among other:

• ChIPseq pipeline: targets file new format, GC content plot, many other improvements!
• RNAseq pipeline: contrasts can be independently modeled with arbitrary formulas now
• general: local logs facility (bpipe doesn't control logs anymore)
• general: remove legacy stuff from reports
