Change DiffBind variable types to string where necessary, remove DiffBind v2 option, rename fold parameter with lfc, add more description to background and substractControl parameter, change column names in DiffBind result tables from fold to lfc_contrast and FDR to BHadj_pvalue and remove unadjusted p-value column
