Fixed issues that happened due to moving to PyQt4. Including:
-Signal/Slot handling is different
-Signaling plotting had an error that was fixed. PySide didn't have any type checking
-Taskbar icon of the ViewLog widget had to be forced to be fixed using ctypes and Windows registry.
