Resolve "FE - searchMask"

• changed Frontend searchmask
  • seperated the person-/ freeText-/ and titleSearch from each other
  • introduced several helper functions interfaces types and classes
  • introduced filters
    • => you can now filter a result by the given filter
  • => big revamp in search mask logic
  • => changed the used search endpoints according to the correct search
  • => descriptors are now global and appended to every search
• changed the search functionalities
