Contains cosmetic changes for lod.academy and two bugfixes:

Explicitly add owl:Class to every skos:Concept in order to publish SKOS vocabularies
Remove an auto-transformation of IRIs to upper- or lowercase to improve the display of classes and properties that do not have labels

All three are patched downstream because upstream PyLODE is moving to a new supermodel rendering routine that may make these changes obsolete soon.
