BCM - Support regex flavors

As a User, I want to be able to change the used regex flavor, because of RegEx.

Satisfied if:

flavor
  • User can change the currently used RegEx flavor
  • Only currently supported flavors are shown

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
