Time of annotation

Problem: Seems currently the annotation time (time at which the annotation is added to timeline, aka start time) seems to be when the user presses enter in the annotation field. This is not how it used to be: originally the time when the user starts typing was used because it might take a while to formulate one's thoughts and then the annotation would be added to a much later (possibly wrong) moment.
