(Mobile / iPad / Tablet) Logout Button: Hard to find

On Mobile and Tablet the logout button is not directly visible, on both cases you have to know its there to logout. Maybe think about placing it a little closer to the links?

This is how it looks like on a Samsung S4 Tablet, the main tablet menu is exactly on top of the end of our menu, so it looks like if that was the end of the page:

This is mobile, I guess changing its place is not possible though :(
