Date-time in post-annotator?

Is it a conscious decision that in the post-annotator the timestamp does not refer to the time in the video as it did before? Maybe I'm just not used to it (because it actually makes sense for the timeline viewer, especially if the annotations were created live), but in the post-annotator I would rather know to which point in time in the video the annotation refers.
