AnnotationsStream and AnnotateInput

Thing to be fixed with real API:

• Submit Annotation to API
• Connection from AnnotateInput to AnnotationStream currently via Props. Should be done with API.
• ScrollTo in AnnotationStream. If new annotation get created.
• SketchInput basedOn should work with blob/URL and src
• API Calls to copy
• API Calls to delete
