Cleanup: remove all unused ui elements / mocks

currently a couple of components have unused ui elements or placeholders like PostAnnotator Toolbar or AnnotationItem Menu.

remove all of that to get a clean version that contains only actually working and implemented stuff.

current state has been branched off to next-ui-preview for convenience.
