Rewrite: AnnotationInput

Recreate the AnnotationInput component for use in PostAnnotator.

Styling should follow vortanz version, but changes will probably be necessary due to data model changes with new target/selector possibilities like targeting the Asset itself and added content types like CompositeContent.
