Add voice input transcription to live annotation input field

I remember that this was number 1 on the wishlist at CODARTS when we did the workshops with them back then in 2017/2018. Would still be a nice option. What do you think @christian.hansen? In Cologne they are currently using live annotation so they could test it for us...
