Sync screen does not work with live annotation sessions anymore

Since we introduced the necessity to set a marker in each video before you can hit the sync button the sync screen does not work with live annotation sessions anymore because you can't set a marker in a session (see screenshot).

From my point of view we can also remove this condition (both markers have to be set) and just keep a reminder in the dialog ("Both markers need to be set!").
