Post Annotator: Create "Video analysis" menu starting from updated data views milestone

Should include "bounding boxes" for the moment, but must be prepared for following features like movement, sound or accuracy analysis as well:

1. Start bounding box analysis
2. Show processing status for a few seconds
3. Bounding boxes are now toggable
