Group Page: Popup Annotations should not go out of the viewport.

The newly created annotations are currently absolute positioned, that means if the name tag is close to the bottom or a side the annotation could be cut. This should be adjusted. Maybe it is also possible to use q-popup-proxy instead of the absolute position!
