Rewrite Tooltips

The idea is to make the tooltips a little shorter and unify their structure: question (to be defined if needed or not), explanation and an optional "warning".

For now we have only three tool tips:

• In the Timeline Viewer: For unwanted overlapping

• In Group Details: Invitation links

• Live Annotator: General explanation

Are there any more tool tips that should be included?
