Distinguish live- and post annotations in UI

After the scope for annotations is submitted #1379 (closed) on the data level, live annotations should be marked as such in the UI. Not sure what would be the best way, but I could imagine that it makes sense to introduce the "tag" section to the annotation item and to add a "live-annotation" tag to each annotation that was captured via Live Annotator.

But I'm not sure if we should use "tags" in the UI to visualise something that is not a tag on the data model level...
