Handle Focus of Inputfields in one place

As there have been some errors with the focus of input fields we now have it implemented by emitting the focus through different components. I actually don't really have an overview where and how.

Maybe we should create a central store which always tells us if any input field is focused. And if not we can focus the AnnotationInput field.?
