Duplicate Timeline option should only be available for shared Timelines with "full access" setting

At the moment I can still duplicate all shared Timelines. Even if I only have "view" access.

I would suggest to remove this option for from the menu in if you only have "contribute" or "view" access, so you can only duplicate Timelines you created or Timelines which are shared with you with "full access".
