Post-Annotator hide AnnotateInput if not allowed to contribute

We'll need to hide the annotation input if a user is only allowed to view a timeline.

While I was checking I was also able to make annotations on the timeline with only a view status.

@anton.koch this won't be possible anymore if we hide the annotate input but just for you to know.
