Split ActionsModule in multiple Files

As we are now starting to blow up the more options module we should split it in multiple files. This would be the cleanest solution in my mind.

We are also starting to look into who has created what and which rights has someone. To have only ActionsModules for groups / files / timelines would end up in a v-if / v-else-if monster.

I think now is a good time to split it by the ressource type.
