Post-Annotator: using "#" as first letter in annotateInput results in a wrong timestamp

The students in Frankfurt use terms with Hashtags zu better find them using the browser search (it's basically a workaround because there is no search option yet and no tagging system). That's something we have used in the previous version frequently.

If you try to use "#" as the first letter a) annotateInput does not grab the focus, you have to click in the input field b) if you submit the annotation that you start with a "#" (e.g. "#com" for "communication"), the time of the previous annotation is taken and not the moment of the keystroke (or submit time).
