MbTable: Add loading indication

Add a loading indication to the Tale component. Currently it says "Nothing to display" while it's loading and offers the option to add something new. Thats misleading. Especially in the sync screen the annotations take some time to be loaded.

@david.rittershaus what is the priority for this :)?
