Post-Annotator: Warning is weird if you want to change the position of an annotation

We introduced a warning message if someone want's to change the position of a video (annotation of type "video" with purpose linking) on the Timeline (edit dialog). However, this waring shows also up if you want to change the position of an annotation within the post-annotator (annotations with purpose "commenting"). This does not really make sense and can be confusing.
