Adjust layout of Projects page to layout of Asset page ("upload asset" button and "add timeline" button)

Please adjust this section of the Projects-page...

...to this section of the Assets-page

That means: on the Projects-page, move the "add new"-drop-down-menu to the left and place it above the search field. And since it will still take a while until we will be able to add Grids: please replace the drop-down-menu with an "add timeline" button that looks like the "upload asset" button.
